Dealing with Heart Break. My thoughts on heart break.
I stumbled on one of my old note books. Where I scribbled some of my thoughts while preparing to give a talk on how to handle a heart break in relationships. Here are some of those thoughts. I know you will find them helpful in whatever you are going through right now.

Proverbs 23:7 as a man thinks in his heart so is he.
The heart is a picture of who you are.
Your whole life is made up in your heart not in your head or in any other part of your body. This means that your heart is the subject of your life. \”This is why whenever your heart is broken, it breaks down your life.\” Its as if your whole life has come crashing down.
We love with the heart not with the head.
When you say “I love you.” You are simply saying “I give you my heart, I am sharing my life with you, I can give you my life.” So be careful before you say “I love you.”
A lot of times we try to amend a broken heart with a lot of addictions, associations, isolation and depression.
Most times we go into marriage relationship with a broken heart hoping to get a heart amendment. But this usually backfires because you cannot love with a broken heart.
If the heart is broken, then it is broken. You cannot patch it, if you patch it, it will leak.

You begin to generalize issues instead of being objective.

Be careful before you say “I love you.” We need a lot more people to hear this in this our generation.

These thoughts are deep ooo! May be this is why I have gone through what I have gone through. Really a broken heart begins to seek revenge.
Please how can I stop this revenge tendency in me? I have gone through a heart break that is so painful to comprehend and deal with.
Who is this JESUS? I think I have heard of him before, can’t remember where. So how can he help my situation?
