HAVE YOU SEEN THE LIGHT FOR COVID’19?
Psalm 112:4 Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness:
Darkness is usually regarded as a state where there is the absence of light. When there is no light, we grope because we are suddenly surrounded with uncertainty. This is usually characterized by random speculations popularly known as guess work. Sadly, random speculations have taken major headlines in the news globally lately concerning the current global pandemic covid’19.
ONE SOLUTION FITS ALL
Till date, there has not been any known solution to this global crisis. The scientists are in the dark, the economists are in the dark, the doctors are in the dark, nations and governments are in the dark. The world is groping right now.
Time and time again, the only solution known to cause darkness to bow has always been light. Light that overwhelms darkness. Such light that we find in John 1:5 The light shineth in darkness and darkness comprehends it not. Referring to Jesus as the light, suggesting that this is no ordinary light. Such light that overwhelms darkness.
NO IMPORTED DELIVERANCE
Not every light can overwhelm every darkness. Light comes in degrees likewise darkness, but for light to prevail over darkness, the light has to be in greater intensity to the darkness. Otherwise, the extent of that lights influence will be limited without much effect to the surrounding darkness.
The Psalmist here says unto the upright (righteous, believer, Christian, child of God) there is a light rising out from him in the midst of the darkness. Our deliverance is not going to be an imported light but a rising light. Such light that overwhelms the darkness surrounding us.
SOLUTION IS SOLUTION
We have our churches, economies, schools, institutions all shut down today because of covid’19. Needless to say, the key to opening theses doors lies with the solution to covid’19. Whether we are waiting for the vaccine or not, solution is solution, it doesn’t matter what form it takes. What we need is a solution and it is rising from the righteous, who is the church.
WHAT SOLUTION DO WE NEED?
In 2Kings 6:16 the logical solution the servant of the prophet expected was for a larger army to rescue them probably defeat the invading army; in essence what he and the prophet needed was a solution. A light simply had to rise in him and he saw his divine solution already with him.
TURN IT UP
There is light rising, and it is coming from the righteous. The heathen cannot give us light because their light is corrupted. We have the true light and it is time we turn it up. Our light lies in the entrance of the word of God into our hearts. Light is surely rising and its high time it did. We are the elect; we are the ones duly appointed to bear light.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, where ever you are in this time, shine your light and let God do what we have globally desired that He do for us. Remember when the night comes and darkness sets in, we shut our doors and windows but when the day dawns and the sun begin to rise, we open the same doors and windows.
Our doors will not be shut for too long again-the light has come and the light for covid\’19 is come. covid\’19 is gone for good.
